Domestic Violence Treatment
All court-ordered services begin with an assessment to determine appropriate treatment.
Before scheduling your assessment, you will need to provide us with the following:
Court Order
Incident Report
Any Orders of Protection related to the case
Photo ID
Completed patient paperwork (see link below)
Payment for your assessment - $250
During your assessment, you will be notified of your treatment plan.
AZ State statutes require either 26, 36, or 52 sessions of treatment. These sessions are in a group setting at the rate of $40 per session.
