Other Court-Ordered Services
All court-ordered services begin with an assessment to determine appropriate treatment.
Before scheduling your assessment, you will need to provide us with the following:
Court Order
Arrest/Incident Report
Photo ID
Completed patient paperwork (see link below)
Payment for your assessment - $250
During your assessment, you will be notified of your treatment plan and if you are required to attend group or individual sessions. The number of sessions required varies by court order and will be discussed at your assessment.
Individual sessions are $150 per session.
Groups sessions are $40 per session.
